not support using more than one location will have a disabled
check box.
Change Locations – Monitors that already use all of the
selected locations will have a disabled check box. Monitors
that do not support using more than one location will have a
disabled check box if more than one location has been
selected in the Selected Locations field.
Remove Locations – Monitors not using the selected
location(s) will have a disabled check box. In addition,
monitors that will result in zero locations after the removal,
that is, the only location assigned to the monitor is the
selected location, will have a disabled check box.
Note: Monitors that do not allow a location to be selected
when the monitor is created will have a disabled check box.
Note: You can modify a maximum of 100 monitors or 2000
metrics at one time.
9. Click Save Changes to apply the changes to the monitors. This
may take several minutes.
10. Click Close.
Adding Multiple Dedicated Monitors
You can add several dedicated monitors with a similar
configuration in a single operation. This is done by placing the
%filename% variable in the host field. This variable points to an
XML file that is located in the imports directory.
This file will contain one or more host values, and any
individualized property settings for a specific monitor instance.
Alert properties cannot be overridden.
