Reset Trap – Specifies the Trap Type criteria that will reset any
existing alerts for this monitor.
Socket Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to set up a TCP/IP socket to collect data on a
TCP/IP port on a remote system. The data source connects to the
host and port specified and treats the data it receives in the same
way as it would treat the data in a log file. This is useful, for
example, for monitoring a serial port via a serial to TCP converter
or for monitoring a system that has a logging port.
TCP/IP Port – Specify the TCP/IP port that you want OneSight to
connect to. Data must be being sent down this port.
Metric Type – Select the type of metric.
Perl Expression – select this option when you want to use a Perl
expression to collect data.
