Configuring Date Intervals
Owner – The user group for this date interval. A date interval
can be directly owned by a user group.
Global Read – Gives read access to this user group and all of its
sub user groups.
Read – Gives read permission to the user group.
Write – Gives write permission to the user group.
Delete – Gives delete permission to the user group.
4. Enter a name for the date interval.
5. Select the interval in days, weeks, or months.
6. Click OK.
Modifying Date Intervals
To modify a date interval:
1. Click the Configure menu.
2. Click Date Intervals under Service Level Agreements.
3. Select the Date Interval you want to modify and click Modify.
4. Make any changes.
5. Click OK.
Deleting Date Intervals
Date Intervals that are being used cannot be deleted. Click Used by
to display a list of SLOs that are using the selected date interval. To
delete a date interval:
