Education – Nonpublic Schools – Notification <strong>of</strong> School Administration <strong>of</strong> Enrollee<br />

with Criminal Record<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> expanding the disclosure requirement, under certain circumstances,<br />

<strong>of</strong> a police record and juvenile court record concerning a student to include the<br />

principal <strong>of</strong> a nonpublic school in which the student is enrolled, or the principal’s<br />

designee; requiring the confidentiality <strong>of</strong> the records obtained by the nonpublic<br />

school principal; defining a certain term; making a certain stylistic change; and<br />

generally relating to police and juvenile court records <strong>of</strong> a nonpublic school<br />

student.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Alcoholic Beverage Violations – Driver’s License Suspensions<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> clarifying the elements <strong>of</strong> a certain alcoholic beverage Code<br />

violation concerning a person furnishing an alcoholic beverage to an individual<br />

under the age <strong>of</strong> 21 years; requiring a court to notify the Motor Vehicle<br />

Administration <strong>of</strong> certain alcoholic beverage Code violations; requiring the Court<br />

<strong>of</strong> Appeals, in conjunction with the Motor Vehicle Administrator, to establish<br />

certain procedures for reporting certain violations; authorizing the Administration<br />

to suspend the driver’s license <strong>of</strong> a person who is found guilty <strong>of</strong> certain alcoholic<br />

beverage Code violations; providing certain exceptions for persons subject to<br />

certain other penalties; and generally relating to driver’s license suspensions for<br />

certain alcoholic beverage Code violations.<br />
