FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> expanding the disclosure requirement, under certain circumstances,<br />

<strong>of</strong> a police record and juvenile court record concerning a student, to include the<br />

principal <strong>of</strong> a nonpublic school in which the student is enrolled or the principal’s<br />

designee or certain superintendents <strong>of</strong> schools; requiring the nonpublic school<br />

principal to maintain the confidentiality <strong>of</strong> certain records; defining a certain term;<br />

making a certain stylistic change; and generally relating to police and juvenile<br />

court records <strong>of</strong> a nonpublic school student.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Identity Fraud – Seizure and Forfeiture<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing a State or local law enforcement agency, on process<br />

issued by a court <strong>of</strong> competent jurisdiction, to seize certain property used or<br />

intended for use in connection with violation <strong>of</strong> certain identity fraud laws;<br />

establishing that certain property is contraband and presumed to be forfeitable;<br />

placing the burden <strong>of</strong> rebutting a certain presumption on a certain property<br />

claimant; authorizing the seizure <strong>of</strong> certain property with or without a warrant<br />

under certain circumstances; authorizing a court to direct a certain defendant to<br />

forfeit certain property; establishing a certain forfeiture proceeding; defining<br />

certain terms; providing for the application <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally relating to<br />

seizure and forfeiture <strong>of</strong> property used in connection with a violation <strong>of</strong> the<br />

identity fraud law.<br />
