AN ACT concerning<br />

Prince George’s County – Alcoholic Beverages Licenses – Advisory Commission to<br />

Study Luxury Type Restaurants<br />

PG 313–07<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> establishing an Advisory Commission to Study Luxury Type<br />

Restaurants in Prince George’s County; providing for the membership, chair,<br />

compensation, and duties <strong>of</strong> the Advisory Commission; requiring the Advisory<br />

Commission to issue a certain report with recommendations by a certain date to<br />

certain legislative delegations and the Prince George’s County Executive;<br />

providing for the termination <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally relating to the<br />

establishment <strong>of</strong> an Advisory Commission to Study Luxury Type Restaurants in<br />

Prince George’s County.<br />
