clarifying that certain surveys are part <strong>of</strong> the Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Public Safety – State Aid for Police Protection Fund – Municipal Sworn Officer<br />

Allocation<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> increasing certain State payments to certain municipalities for certain<br />

sworn police <strong>of</strong>ficers employed by certain municipalities; requiring that, subject to<br />

a certain limitation, certain payments to municipalities be adjusted for inflation<br />

using a certain <strong>index</strong> beginning in a certain fiscal year; providing that the annual<br />

rate <strong>of</strong> change for certain payments to municipalities may not exceed a certain<br />

rate; and generally relating to certain State payments to certain municipalities for
