Library; exempting certain publishers from certain requirements of this Act;
requiring the Governor to include in the annual budget submission a certain
appropriation beginning in a certain fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter;
providing for the application of this Act; defining certain terms; requiring the
Library to consult and coordinate with the State Department of Education to
facilitate the utilization of certain equipment and staff for certain purposes; and
generally relating to instructional materials for blind or print disabled students.

AN ACT concerning
Health Insurance – Equity in Family Coverage
FOR the purpose of requiring certain health insurance policies or contracts to provide that
the same health insurance benefits and eligibility guidelines that apply to covered
dependents are available on request to certain adult members and certain child
members of the household of the insured, subscriber, employee, or member;
authorizing insurers and nonprofit health service plans to require certain proof;
providing that the provisions of this Act apply to health maintenance
organizations; providing for the application of this Act; and generally relating to
coverage for household members under health insurance.
