AN ACT concerning
Civil Actions – Limitation of Actions – Land Surveyors
FOR the purpose of altering the time period after which a person may not seek damages
incurred as a result of an error in a land survey; providing for the application of
this Act; and generally relating to the limitation of actions against land surveyors.

amusement charge for any activities related to agricultural tourism; making a
technical change; and generally relating to exemptions from the admissions and
amusement tax.
