House Bill 559 – Delegates Glassman and Lawton<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Environment – Testing and Inspection for Volatile Organic<br />

Compounds – Public Schools<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring the Secretary <strong>of</strong> the Environment to adopt certain<br />

regulations to conduct certain testing and inspection <strong>of</strong> the water in certain public<br />

schools for volatile organic compounds; authorizing the Secretary to adopt certain<br />

regulations to provide for biannual testing and inspection <strong>of</strong> certain public schools<br />

under certain circumstances; and generally relating to the testing and inspection <strong>of</strong><br />

public schools for volatile organic compounds.<br />

an election cycle; establishing an aggregate contribution limit for campaign<br />

finance entities for certain county <strong>of</strong>fices and another aggregate contribution limit<br />

for campaign finance entities for all other <strong>of</strong>fices; providing for the application <strong>of</strong><br />

this Act; and generally relating to limits on campaign contributions to certain<br />

entities.<br />
