AN ACT concerning<br />

High Performance Buildings Act<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring certain buildings to be high performance buildings;<br />

requiring certain buildings that are renovated to be high performance buildings<br />

under certain circumstances; exempting certain building types from certain high<br />

performance building standards; providing for the applicability <strong>of</strong> this Act;<br />

defining a term; and generally relating to high performance buildings.<br />

Statute <strong>of</strong> Limitations – Campaign Loans Deemed Contributions<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> clarifying the calculation <strong>of</strong> time in which a prosecution must be<br />

initiated for a criminal or civil violation resulting from an election campaign loan<br />

that is deemed to be a contribution; and generally relating to the statute <strong>of</strong><br />

limitations.<br />
