House Bill 753 – Washington County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Washington County Board <strong>of</strong> County Commissioners – Violations <strong>of</strong> Civil Offenses<br />

– Authority<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing the Board <strong>of</strong> County Commissioners <strong>of</strong> Washington<br />

County to provide that violations <strong>of</strong> certain civil <strong>of</strong>fenses may be prosecuted in a<br />

certain manner; requiring the Board <strong>of</strong> County Commissioners to adopt certain<br />

ordinances; requiring the Board <strong>of</strong> County Commissioners to provide certain<br />

individuals with copies <strong>of</strong> certain proposed ordinances before exercising certain<br />

authority; defining a certain term; and generally relating to violations <strong>of</strong> civil<br />

<strong>of</strong>fenses in Washington County.<br />
