House Bill 724 – Delegates Olszewski, Minnick, and Weir<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Liquefied Natural Gas Facilities – Impact Fee – County Services<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring the Public Service Commission to collect an impact fee<br />

from a liquefied natural gas facility under certain circumstances; authorizing a<br />

county to determine the amount <strong>of</strong> an impact fee or to obtain a determination from<br />

an independent third party for certain purposes; requiring the impact fee to provide<br />

for certain services and to be paid to a county under certain circumstances;<br />

prohibiting an impact fee from being imposed on certain facilities; and generally<br />

relating to liquefied natural gas facilities.<br />

House Bill 725 – Washington County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Washington County – Collection <strong>of</strong> Debts Owed to Housing<br />

Authorities – Central Collection Unit<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> permitting the Central Collection Unit to assume responsibility for<br />

the collection <strong>of</strong> a delinquent account or debt that is owed to a housing authority in<br />

Washington County under certain circumstances; providing that for purposes <strong>of</strong><br />

debt collection by the Central Collection Unit a housing authority in Washington<br />

County is a unit <strong>of</strong> the State; providing for the termination <strong>of</strong> this Act; and<br />

generally relating to permitting the Central Collection Unit to collect debts owed<br />

to housing authorities in Washington County.<br />
