AN ACT concerning<br />

Harford County – Liquor Control Board – Salaries<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> altering the annual salaries <strong>of</strong> the Chairman and regular members <strong>of</strong><br />

the Harford County Liquor Control Board; providing that this Act does not apply<br />

to the salary or compensation <strong>of</strong> the incumbent Chairman or regular members <strong>of</strong><br />

the Board; and generally relating to the Harford County Liquor Control Board.<br />

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,<br />

House Bill 297 – Harford County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Harford County – Alcoholic Beverages Licensees – Age <strong>of</strong> Employees<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> prohibiting an alcoholic beverages licensee in Harford County from<br />

employing a person under a certain age to act as a bartender or to serve alcoholic<br />

beverages at a permanent full–service bar; authorizing a licensee to employ a<br />

person <strong>of</strong> a certain age to serve alcoholic beverages while acting as a waiter or<br />

waitress; authorizing a licensee to employ a person <strong>of</strong> a certain age to act as a<br />

bartender’s assistant who may perform certain tasks; making certain stylistic<br />

changes; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages licensees in Harford<br />

County.<br />
