AN ACT concerning<br />

Income Tax Credit – Qualified Homes<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> providing certain individuals a credit against the State income tax in<br />

a certain amount for the purchase <strong>of</strong> certain owner–occupied residential real<br />

property; defining certain terms; providing for the carryforward <strong>of</strong> certain unused<br />

credit to certain taxable years; providing for the application <strong>of</strong> this Act; and<br />

generally relating to a tax credit for the purchase <strong>of</strong> certain homes.<br />

House Bill 977 – Delegate Costa<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Task Force on a Statewide Stormwater Management and Sediment Control<br />

Initiative<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> establishing a Task Force on a Statewide Stormwater Management<br />

and Sediment Control Initiative; establishing the membership and staffing <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Task Force; requiring the Governor to designate the chair <strong>of</strong> the Task Force;<br />

authorizing the Task Force to establish certain subcommittees; requiring the Task<br />

Force to evaluate and make recommendations regarding certain issues; requiring<br />

the Task Force to submit a final report to the Governor and <strong>General</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong><br />

regarding the recommendations by a certain date; prohibiting a member <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Task Force from receiving certain compensation, but authorizing a member <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Task Force to receive certain reimbursements; providing for the termination <strong>of</strong><br />

this Act; and generally relating to the Task Force on a Statewide Stormwater<br />

Management and Sediment Control Initiative.<br />
