AN ACT concerning
Income Tax Credit – Qualified Homes
FOR the purpose of providing certain individuals a credit against the State income tax in
a certain amount for the purchase of certain owner–occupied residential real
property; defining certain terms; providing for the carryforward of certain unused
credit to certain taxable years; providing for the application of this Act; and
generally relating to a tax credit for the purchase of certain homes.

Task Force on a Statewide Stormwater Management and Sediment Control
Initiative
FOR the purpose of establishing a Task Force on a Statewide Stormwater Management
and Sediment Control Initiative; establishing the membership and staffing of the
Task Force; requiring the Governor to designate the chair of the Task Force;
authorizing the Task Force to establish certain subcommittees; requiring the Task
Force to evaluate and make recommendations regarding certain issues; requiring
the Task Force to submit a final report to the Governor and General Assembly
regarding the recommendations by a certain date; prohibiting a member of the
Task Force from receiving certain compensation, but authorizing a member of the
Task Force to receive certain reimbursements; providing for the termination of
this Act; and generally relating to the Task Force on a Statewide Stormwater
Management and Sediment Control Initiative.
