House Bill 922 – Delegates Hucker, Ali, Lafferty, Lawton, McConkey, Pena–Melnyk,<br />

Sossi, Stein, and Tarrant<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Landlord and Tenant – Expiration <strong>of</strong> Warrant – Striking Judgment for Possession<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> providing that under certain circumstances, if a judgment for<br />

possession <strong>of</strong> leased premises is stricken, the judgment shall be counted in the<br />

number <strong>of</strong> judgments necessary to foreclose a certain right <strong>of</strong> redemption;<br />

providing that under certain circumstances, if a warrant <strong>of</strong> restitution expires and<br />

the judgment for possession is stricken, the judgment shall be counted in the<br />

number <strong>of</strong> judgments necessary to foreclose a certain right <strong>of</strong> redemption; and<br />

generally relating to a judgment for possession <strong>of</strong> leased premises for failure to<br />

pay rent.<br />

Secondary School – Graduation Requirements – Weighted Numerical Assessment<br />

System<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring the State Board <strong>of</strong> Education to establish a certain weighted<br />

numerical assessment system to calculate a certain score that certain students are<br />

required to achieve to graduate from certain schools; requiring a certain<br />

assessment system to include a certain category that may not be more than a<br />

certain percentage value <strong>of</strong> a certain total score; and generally relating to high<br />

schools and a weighted numerical assessment system for calculating achievement<br />

<strong>of</strong> graduation requirements.<br />
