House Bill 319 – Garrett County Delegation and Allegany County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

<strong>Maryland</strong> Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation – Allegany County and<br />

Garrett County – Coal Rights<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> prohibiting regulations and procedures adopted by the <strong>Maryland</strong><br />

Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation for the establishment and monitoring<br />

<strong>of</strong> agricultural districts from requiring, in Allegany County and Garrett County, a<br />

coal rights owner or lessee to subordinate its interest to the Foundation’s interest<br />

under certain circumstances; requiring that a certain report be submitted by a<br />

certain date; and generally relating to the <strong>Maryland</strong> Agricultural Land Preservation<br />

Foundation.<br />

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,<br />

House Bill 320 – Frederick County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Frederick County – Alcoholic Beverages – Tables and Chairs at Wineries<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> allowing in Frederick County a holder <strong>of</strong> a limited winery license to<br />

provide tables and chairs on the premises <strong>of</strong> the licensed facility for the sale, by<br />

the glass, <strong>of</strong> wine and pomace brandy made at the facility to a person who<br />

participates in a guided tour <strong>of</strong> the facility; and generally relating to alcoholic<br />

beverages in Frederick County.<br />

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,<br />
