AN ACT concerning<br />

Health Insurance – Health Care Providers – Reimbursement by Carriers<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> prohibiting certain carriers from requiring certain health care<br />

providers that deliver health care services through a group practice or other health<br />

care entity to accept the reimbursement fee schedule applicable under the contract<br />

between the group practice or other health care entity and the carrier for certain<br />

health care services delivered by the health care provider; and generally relating to<br />

reimbursement <strong>of</strong> health care providers by carriers.<br />

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Election Law – Task Force on Instant Voter Registration and Voting by Mail<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> establishing a Task Force on Instant Voter Registration and Voting<br />

by Mail to study and assess certain aspects <strong>of</strong> registration and voting for elections<br />

in the State; providing for the membership and staffing <strong>of</strong> the Task Force;<br />

authorizing the reimbursement <strong>of</strong> certain expenses; requiring a report by a certain<br />

date; providing for the termination <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally relating to the Task<br />

Force on Instant Voter Registration and Voting by Mail.<br />
