holds a casino event to prohibit a player to bet more than a certain amount in a<br />

holder for a certain casino event must ensure that a certain person has not<br />

sponsored a casino event; requiring the Department <strong>of</strong> Inspections and Permits to<br />

adopt certain regulations; specifying that the regulations contain a certain<br />

House Bill 480 – Delegate McHale<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Workers’ Compensation – Appeals – Evidence<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing the introduction <strong>of</strong> certain health care records as<br />

evidence in an appeal from a decision <strong>of</strong> the Workers’ Compensation Commission<br />

under certain circumstances; requiring a certain notice to be served to all parties<br />

within a certain time period; providing for the right to object for good cause under<br />

certain conditions and within a certain time period; providing for the content <strong>of</strong> an<br />

objection; providing for a response to an objection; clarifying that this Act does<br />

not otherwise limit the right to introduce new evidence; defining a certain term;<br />

providing for the application <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally relating to evidence<br />

introduced in appeals from Workers’ Compensation Commission decisions.<br />
