AN ACT concerning
State Property Tax Exemption – Solar Energy Devices
FOR the purpose of exempting from the State property tax certain real property that is a
solar energy device installed to heat or cool a dwelling, generate electricity to be
used in the dwelling, or provide hot water for use in the dwelling; defining a
certain term; providing for the application of this Act; and generally relating to a
State property tax exemption for certain solar energy devices.

Montgomery County – Workers’ Compensation – Average Weekly Wage
Computation

FOR the purpose of authorizing Montgomery County to use a certain method for
computing a certain wage for the purpose of determining the payment of workers’
compensation awards; requiring the Workers’ Compensation Commission to adopt
certain regulations; providing for the application of this Act; and generally relating
to the computation method for workers’ compensation awards.
