AN ACT concerning<br />

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission – Commissioner Salaries – Increase<br />

MC/PG 107–07<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> increasing the salaries <strong>of</strong> the members <strong>of</strong> the Washington Suburban<br />

Sanitary Commission to a certain amount; requiring that the salaries <strong>of</strong> the<br />

commissioners be adjusted annually on a certain date to reflect the annual change<br />

in a certain <strong>index</strong> published by the U.S. Department <strong>of</strong> Labor; providing that this<br />

Act does not apply to the salary or compensation <strong>of</strong> the incumbent members <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission; and generally relating to the salaries<br />

<strong>of</strong> the members <strong>of</strong> the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.<br />

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,<br />

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission – Reciprocal Plumber/Gasfitter<br />

Licenses<br />

MC/PG 109–07<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission to issue<br />

a plumber/gasfitter license to a plumber/gasfitter who lives outside the sanitary<br />

district who holds a certain plumber/gasfitter license issued by the State Plumbing<br />

Board; and generally relating to the issuing <strong>of</strong> plumber/gasfitter licenses by the<br />

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.<br />

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,<br />
