House Bill 649 – Cecil County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Cecil County – Alcoholic Beverages – Caterer’s License<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> establishing a caterer’s license in Cecil County; providing for a<br />

license fee, qualifications <strong>of</strong> license holders, license privileges, and requirements<br />

for a caterer’s license; specifying that certain license holders need not have a<br />

caterer’s license for a certain purpose; and generally relating to alcoholic<br />

beverages licenses in Cecil County.<br />

House Bill 650 – Cecil County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Creation <strong>of</strong> a State Debt – Cecil County – Mount Harmon Plantation Education and<br />

Discovery Center<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing the creation <strong>of</strong> a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, the<br />

proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board <strong>of</strong> Directors <strong>of</strong> the Friends <strong>of</strong> Mount<br />

Harmon, Inc. for certain development or improvement purposes; providing for<br />

disbursement <strong>of</strong> the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee<br />

provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a<br />

certain easement to the <strong>Maryland</strong> Historical Trust; establishing a deadline for the<br />

encumbrance or expenditure <strong>of</strong> the loan proceeds; and providing generally for the<br />

issuance and sale <strong>of</strong> bonds evidencing the loan.<br />
