AN ACT concerning<br />

CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT<br />

Elective Franchise – Authority to Establish Early Voting<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing the <strong>General</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong> to provide by suitable enactment a<br />

process to allow voters to vote at certain polling places in certain locations and on<br />

certain <strong>days</strong> prior to certain election dates; making stylistic changes; and<br />

submitting this amendment to the qualified voters <strong>of</strong> the State <strong>of</strong> <strong>Maryland</strong> for<br />

their adoption or rejection.<br />

House Bill 202 – Delegates Hubbard, Montgomery, Oaks, and Pena–Melnyk<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

<strong>Maryland</strong> Medical Assistance Program – Eligibility Expansion<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring the <strong>Maryland</strong> Medical Assistance Program to provide,<br />

subject to certain conditions, certain medical care and other health care services to<br />

certain parents with certain income and to certain adults with certain income;<br />

requiring the Department <strong>of</strong> Health and Mental Hygiene to seek approval <strong>of</strong> a<br />

certain waiver to use certain federal matching funds for a certain purpose;<br />

prohibiting the Department from implementing Medicaid eligibility for certain<br />

adults, if the Department is denied the waiver; providing for the effective date <strong>of</strong>
