AN ACT concerning
Transportation Study – Monorail System from Annapolis to Kent Island and Points
South on the Eastern Shore
FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Transportation to examine the feasibility
of preserving and acquiring rights–of–way for a future monorail transit system
extending from Annapolis to Kent Island and points south on the Eastern Shore
and to report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by a
certain date; providing for the termination of this Act; and generally relating to a
study of a monorail system from Annapolis to Kent Island and points south on the
Eastern Shore.
