AN ACT concerning<br />

Joint Committee on Workers’ Compensation Benefit and Insurance Oversight –<br />

Membership<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> increasing the membership <strong>of</strong> the Joint Committee on Workers’<br />

Compensation Benefit and Insurance Oversight to include a certain member;<br />

providing for the qualifications <strong>of</strong> an additional member; making certain stylistic<br />

changes; and generally relating to the membership <strong>of</strong> the Joint Committee on<br />

Workers’ Compensation Benefit and Insurance Oversight.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Environment – Grading or Building Permit – Patuxent River Watershed<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing Anne Arundel County to issue a grading or building<br />

permit within the Patuxent River Watershed only under certain circumstances;<br />

establishing certain conditions for the approval <strong>of</strong> certain development plans by<br />

the Department <strong>of</strong> the Environment; prohibiting the construction, relocation, or<br />

enlargement <strong>of</strong> certain State, county, or municipal roads, buildings, or structures<br />

within the Patuxent River Watershed until certain plans have been submitted to<br />

and approved by the soil conservation district; and generally relating to grading<br />

and building permits issued within the Patuxent River Watershed.<br />
