AN ACT concerning<br />

Motor Fuel Tax – Exemption for Biodiesel Fuel – Government Vehicles<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> exempting certain biodiesel fuel purchased for use in certain<br />

government vehicles from a certain percentage <strong>of</strong> the State motor fuel tax;<br />

requiring the Comptroller to adopt certain regulations; providing for the<br />

termination <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally relating to motor fuel tax exemptions for<br />

biodiesel fuel.<br />

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,<br />

Circuit Courts – Medical Injury – Medical Malpractice Administrative Review<br />

Board<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring certain medical injury actions filed in court after a certain<br />

date to be submitted to a medical malpractice administrative review board;<br />

requiring a court to refer a certain action to a circuit administrative judge;<br />

requiring a circuit administrative judge to appoint a certain judge to chair a board<br />

and notify certain parties <strong>of</strong> certain information; requiring a circuit administrative<br />

judge to consider certain matters in appointing a chair <strong>of</strong> a board and provide<br />

specifications for a certain curriculum; suspending statutory time limits under<br />

certain provisions <strong>of</strong> law and under the <strong>Maryland</strong> Rules for a certain period in
