AN ACT concerning<br />

Business Organization Filing Fees – Income Tax Credit<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> increasing the filing fee for certain annual reports required to be filed<br />

by certain business organizations; providing certain business organizations a credit<br />

against the State income tax for filing fee costs related to filing certain annual<br />

reports; defining certain terms; providing for application <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally<br />

relating to certain filing fees <strong>of</strong> certain business organizations.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Health Insurance – Provider Contracts – Conditions <strong>of</strong> Participation<br />

with Carriers<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> repealing a prohibition that certain health insurance carriers may not<br />

require a health care provider to serve on a provider panel <strong>of</strong> another health benefit<br />

plan <strong>of</strong> the carrier under certain circumstances; repealing a certain exception to the<br />

prohibition for a carrier that <strong>of</strong>fers health care services as a managed care<br />

organization; prohibiting a provider contract from containing a provision that<br />

requires a provider, as a condition <strong>of</strong> participation with a carrier, to participate<br />

with a different carrier; authorizing a provider contract to contain the prohibited
