renovated for use as a restaurant in certain designated areas in Prince George’s
County.

Task Force to Study Rent Stabilization for the Elderly in Prince George’s County
PG 405–07
FOR the purpose of creating a Task Force to Study Rent Stabilization for the Elderly in
Prince George’s County; providing for the composition of the Task Force;
requiring the county executive to choose a chair from among the members of the
Task Force; requiring Prince George’s County to provide staffing for the Task
Force; prohibiting a Task Force member from receiving compensation but
authorizing a member to be reimbursed for certain expenses; establishing the
duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report to the County Council
by a certain date; providing for the termination of this Act; and generally relating
to the Task Force to Study Rent Stabilization for the Elderly in Prince George’s
County.
