Task Force on the Future for Growth and Development – Membership and Charge<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> altering the membership <strong>of</strong> the Task Force on the Future for Growth<br />

and Development; altering the requirements <strong>of</strong> the Task Force to include certain<br />

examinations, recommendations, and determinations concerning certain<br />

growth–related issues; requiring the Task Force to submit a certain preliminary<br />

report on or before a certain date; altering the date by which the Task Force must<br />

make a certain report; making certain stylistic changes; and generally relating to<br />

the Task Force on the Future for Growth and Development.<br />

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,<br />

Chapter 381 <strong>of</strong> the Acts <strong>of</strong> the <strong>General</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong> <strong>of</strong> 2006<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Family Law – Marriage – Definition and Benefits<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> establishing that a certain benefit provider that provides a benefit<br />

plan to a married couple is not required to provide that benefit plan to a<br />

nonmarried couple and may establish different rates for a benefit plan for a<br />

married couple that differs from the rate for a benefit plan for a nonmarried<br />

couple; defining certain terms; and generally relating to marriage and marriage<br />

benefits.<br />
