FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> providing that, under certain circumstances, a spouse may continue<br />

using on a certain vehicle certain special registration plates for armed forces<br />

veterans and recipients <strong>of</strong> certain armed forces medals after a transfer <strong>of</strong> title or<br />

ownership interest in the vehicle; and generally relating to the use <strong>of</strong> special<br />

registration plates for veterans.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Income Tax – Credit for Educational Materials – Home Instruction Program<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> allowing certain individuals to claim a credit against the State<br />

income tax up to a certain amount for certain educational materials purchased for<br />

use in a home instruction program; providing that the credit may not exceed the<br />

State income tax for that taxable year and that any unused credit for a taxable year<br />

may not be carried over to any other taxable year; defining certain terms;<br />

providing for the application <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally relating to a credit against<br />

the State income tax for certain educational materials purchased for use in a home<br />

instruction program.<br />
