FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring certain county boards <strong>of</strong> education to provide certain health<br />

benefits to certain retired employees; requiring certain county boards to develop<br />

and implement certain plans in consultation with certain associations; authorizing<br />

a county board <strong>of</strong> education to establish different cost–sharing ratios for certain<br />

individuals; and generally relating to health benefits for retired principals,<br />

teachers, and other certificated and noncertificated employees <strong>of</strong> a county board <strong>of</strong><br />
