Enforcement Officers’ Pension System Accumulation Fund; requiring certain<br />

Investigative Unit to deposit certain amounts in the Annuity Savings Fund <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Law Enforcement Officers’ Pension System; exempting certain transfers <strong>of</strong><br />

service credit from the provisions <strong>of</strong> Title 37 <strong>of</strong> the State Personnel and Pensions<br />

Article; and generally relating to the Law Enforcement Officers’ Pension System.<br />

House Bill 433 – Delegates Barkley, Ali, Bronrott, Dumais, Feldman, N. King, and Rice<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Creation <strong>of</strong> a State Debt – Montgomery County – Germantown Boys & Girls Club<br />

Gymnasium<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing the creation <strong>of</strong> a State Debt not to exceed $700,000, the<br />

proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board <strong>of</strong> Directors <strong>of</strong> the Boys & Girls Clubs<br />

<strong>of</strong> Greater Washington, Inc. for certain development or improvement purposes;<br />

providing for disbursement <strong>of</strong> the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the<br />

grantee provide and expend a matching fund; establishing a deadline for the<br />

encumbrance or expenditure <strong>of</strong> the loan proceeds; and providing generally for the<br />

issuance and sale <strong>of</strong> bonds evidencing the loan.<br />
