AN ACT concerning<br />

Employees’ Pension System – Purchase <strong>of</strong> Service Credit<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> providing that certain members <strong>of</strong> the Employees’ Pension System<br />

may purchase certain service credit in a certain manner; requiring the Board <strong>of</strong><br />

Trustees to hold certain contributions made by certain members <strong>of</strong> the Employees’<br />

Pension System in trust earning regular interest; and generally relating to the<br />

purchase <strong>of</strong> service credit in the Employees’ Pension System.<br />

Primary and Secondary Education – School Facilities – Aging Schools Program<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> increasing the amount <strong>of</strong> the grants the State is required to distribute<br />

to county boards <strong>of</strong> education for the Aging Schools Program beginning in a<br />

certain fiscal year; and generally relating to the calculation and amount <strong>of</strong> grants<br />

under the Aging Schools Program.<br />
