AN ACT concerning<br />

Tax Credit for Cost <strong>of</strong> Employee Child Care Expenses<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> allowing a credit against the State income tax for certain costs<br />

incurred by an employer for certain child care expenses <strong>of</strong> certain employees;<br />

providing that the credit may not exceed the State income tax for that taxable year<br />

and that any unused credit for a taxable year may not be carried over to any other<br />

taxable year; defining certain terms; providing for the application <strong>of</strong> this Act; and<br />

generally relating to a tax credit against the State income tax for certain employer<br />

costs incurred for certain child care expenses <strong>of</strong> employees.<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring that certain lottery revenues for a certain fiscal year be<br />

distributed to a special fund to be used only for certain purposes; requiring that<br />

horse racing purses and bred funds be increased according to a certain formula;<br />

requiring that all funds for purses and bred funds under this Act be in addition to<br />

and not supplant certain other funds; establishing certain conditions on the<br />

distribution <strong>of</strong> certain funds; providing for the termination <strong>of</strong> this Act; and<br />

generally relating to purse and bred fund supplements for horse racing in the State.<br />
