AN ACT concerning
Sales and Use Tax – Rate – Education Trust Fund
FOR the purpose of altering the rate of the sales and use tax; establishing an Education
Trust Fund; requiring certain distributions from the sales and use tax revenue to
the Education Trust Fund to be used for a certain purpose; and generally relating
to altering the rate of the sales and use tax and distributing certain sales and use
tax revenue for certain education funding.

Commissioner of certain discount medical plan organizations and discount drug
plan organizations; requiring the registration of certain entities as discount medical
plan organizations or discount drug plan organizations; providing for the
application and renewal process for registration; authorizing the Commissioner to
deny a registration or refuse to renew, suspend, or revoke a registration under
