AN ACT concerning<br />

Alternative Energy Acceleration Act<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> altering the renewable energy portfolio standard by increasing the<br />

percentages <strong>of</strong> electricity sales that must be met in certain years through the<br />

accumulation <strong>of</strong> renewable energy credits from certain sources; and generally<br />

relating to the renewable energy portfolio standard.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Drunk and Drugged Driving – Subsequent Offender Penalties<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> providing that a State’s Attorney is not required to serve a certain<br />

notice <strong>of</strong> an alleged prior conviction for certain alcohol– or drug–related driving<br />

<strong>of</strong>fenses for the purpose <strong>of</strong> allowing a court to sentence a defendant as a<br />

subsequent <strong>of</strong>fender under certain circumstances; allowing a court to impose<br />

specified penalties without certain notice to a defendant; and generally relating to<br />

certain subsequent <strong>of</strong>fender penalties for certain alcohol– or drug–related driving<br />

<strong>of</strong>fenses.<br />
