review board to take certain actions under certain circumstances; authorizing a<br />

certain school system representative to provide certain information to certain<br />

agencies upon certain findings by a county school attendance review board;<br />

requiring each county board <strong>of</strong> education to establish a school attendance review<br />

board; providing for the membership, terms, chair, and staffing <strong>of</strong> a review board;<br />

providing that the members <strong>of</strong> a review board shall serve without compensation or<br />

reimbursement; authorizing a review board to take certain actions in certain cases;<br />

requiring a review board to develop certain strategies and evaluate and make<br />

certain recommendations regarding school attendance; requiring a county<br />

superintendent or chief executive <strong>of</strong>ficer to meet with a review board at certain<br />

times; requiring a review board to make certain reports; requiring a review board<br />

to post a certain agenda and certain minutes on a certain website; authorizing a<br />

review board to adopt certain rules and regulations; making stylistic changes;<br />

defining certain terms; and generally relating to school attendance and county<br />

school attendance review boards.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Income Tax – Credit for Low Impact Development<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> allowing a credit against the State income tax for the costs <strong>of</strong> using<br />

certain conservation techniques and practices in construction projects; allowing<br />

certain unused credit amounts to be carried forward to certain taxable years;<br />

requiring the Department <strong>of</strong> the Environment to adopt certain regulations<br />

establishing certain eligibility standards; providing for issuance <strong>of</strong> certain initial<br />

credit certificates by the Department; limiting the aggregate amount <strong>of</strong> initial<br />

credit certificates that the Department may issue and limiting the amounts <strong>of</strong> initial<br />

credit certificates that may be issued with respect to certain taxable years;
