certain report to certain committees <strong>of</strong> the <strong>General</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong> on or before a<br />

certain date; and generally relating to hepatitis C testing and treatment <strong>of</strong> inmates.<br />

Education – State Board <strong>of</strong> Education Members – Qualifications<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring a certain number <strong>of</strong> members <strong>of</strong> the State Board <strong>of</strong><br />

Education to be, at the time <strong>of</strong> their appointment, parents <strong>of</strong> students enrolled in<br />

public schools in the State; providing for the application <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally<br />

relating to the qualifications <strong>of</strong> members <strong>of</strong> the State Board <strong>of</strong> Education.<br />
