FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring the Secretary <strong>of</strong> Budget and Management to include certain<br />

State contractual employees in the types or categories <strong>of</strong> State employees who are<br />

eligible to participate in the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare<br />

Benefits Program with State subsidies; and generally relating to benefits for State<br />

contractual employees.<br />

<strong>of</strong>fenders who commit acts that would be crimes if committed by adults that the<br />

juvenile committed as a member <strong>of</strong> a criminal gang; and generally relating to the<br />

jurisdiction <strong>of</strong> the court over a juvenile <strong>of</strong>fender involved in criminal gang<br />

activity.<br />
