House Bill 696 – Prince George’s County Delegation
AN ACT concerning
Prince George’s County – School Facilities Surcharge – Exemption for
Redevelopment Projects
PG 416–07
FOR the purpose of exempting from the school facilities surcharge a new dwelling unit
that replaces an existing dwelling unit as part of a multi–family rental housing
redevelopment project located in a certain area of Prince George’s County; and
generally relating to an exemption from the school facilities surcharge for certain
dwelling units that are constructed as part of certain redevelopment projects.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

and generally relating to an exemption from the school facilities surcharge in
Prince George’s County.
