House Bill 1081 – Delegates Valderrama, Ali, and Kramer<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Task Force to Study Risk Management and Loss Control<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> creating the Task Force to Study Risk Management and Loss<br />

Control; providing for the membership <strong>of</strong> the Task Force; authorizing the Task<br />

Force to consult with certain individuals and entities in performing the duties <strong>of</strong><br />

the Task Force; requiring units <strong>of</strong> State government to provide certain data under<br />

certain circumstances; requiring the Department <strong>of</strong> Legislative Services and the<br />

Office <strong>of</strong> Legislative Audits to provide staff to the Task Force; providing for<br />

certain duties <strong>of</strong> the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to make certain reports<br />

to the Governor and <strong>General</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong> on or before certain dates; providing that<br />

members <strong>of</strong> the Task Force are entitled to a certain reimbursement; providing for<br />

the termination <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally relating to the Task Force to Study Risk<br />

Management and Loss Control.<br />
