Transportation – Septic Tank Pump Trucks – Hazardous Materials Placards<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring certain regulations adopted pertaining to the transportation<br />

<strong>of</strong> hazardous materials to include a requirement that septic tank pump trucks<br />

display a placard indicating that the truck is transporting hazardous materials; and<br />

generally relating to the transportation <strong>of</strong> hazardous materials.<br />
