FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> increasing the number <strong>of</strong> assistant State’s Attorney positions in the<br />

State’s Attorney’s <strong>of</strong>fice for Prince George’s County; increasing the maximum<br />

salaries <strong>of</strong> the deputy State’s Attorneys, the assistant State’s Attorneys, and the<br />

administrative assistant in the State’s Attorney’s <strong>of</strong>fice; and generally relating to<br />

the composition <strong>of</strong> and salaries in the <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> the State’s Attorney for Prince<br />

George’s County.<br />

House Bill 501 – Prince George’s County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Prince George’s County – Commercial Vehicles Parked in Residential Areas –<br />

Citation<br />

PG 301–07<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> making certain provisions <strong>of</strong> law that prohibit a person in Prince<br />

George’s County from parking a certain commercial vehicle in certain residential<br />

zones applicable in municipal corporations in Prince George’s County; requiring a<br />

police <strong>of</strong>ficer who discovers a certain commercial vehicle parked in a certain area<br />

specified as a residential zone in Prince George’s County to deliver a citation to<br />

the driver or, if the vehicle is unattended, attach the citation to the vehicle in a<br />

certain manner; requiring the police <strong>of</strong>ficer to keep a copy <strong>of</strong> the citation; making<br />

stylistic changes; and generally relating to citations for parking violations in<br />

Prince George’s County.<br />
