AN ACT concerning<br />

Health Care Disclosure Act<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring an applicant for certain State health programs to identify<br />

the employer <strong>of</strong> a proposed beneficiary or the employer <strong>of</strong> a certain family<br />

member <strong>of</strong> a proposed beneficiary; requiring the Department <strong>of</strong> Health and Mental<br />

Hygiene to publish a report identifying certain employers and providing certain<br />

information; requiring the report to protect the confidentiality <strong>of</strong> individuals in the<br />

State health programs; requiring the Department to report to the <strong>General</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong><br />

on or before a certain date; defining certain terms; and generally relating to the<br />

disclosure <strong>of</strong> information regarding employers <strong>of</strong> individuals enrolled in State<br />

health programs.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Credit Regulation – Mortgage Brokers – Required Disclosures<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring a mortgage broker, before undertaking to assist a borrower<br />

in obtaining a loan or advance <strong>of</strong> money, to provide the borrower with a certain<br />

disclosure form; specifying the contents <strong>of</strong> the disclosure form; requiring the<br />

disclosure form to be signed and dated by the borrower and the mortgage broker;<br />

requiring the mortgage broker to attach the disclosure form to a certain application<br />

and maintain the form in certain records; establishing a certain penalty for a<br />

violation <strong>of</strong> certain provisions <strong>of</strong> this Act; clarifying a certain defined term;<br />

providing for the application <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally relating to required
