AN ACT concerning<br />

Family Law – Divorce – Change <strong>of</strong> Surname <strong>of</strong> Child<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing a court, in granting a decree <strong>of</strong> absolute divorce, to<br />

change the surname <strong>of</strong> a child under certain circumstances; specifying certain<br />

factors that the court may consider in making a certain determination; and<br />

generally relating to the change <strong>of</strong> the surname <strong>of</strong> a child in a divorce proceeding.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Dorchester and Talbot Counties – Unattended Marine Vessel Motor Fuel Retail<br />

Service Stations at Marinas – Pilot Program<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring the State Fire Prevention Commission to establish a pilot<br />

program to allow the continuous operation <strong>of</strong> unattended marine vessel motor fuel<br />

retail service stations at marinas in Dorchester and Talbot Counties; requiring the<br />

operation <strong>of</strong> marine vessel motor fuel retail service stations under the pilot<br />

program to be consistent with certain provisions <strong>of</strong> law or regulations; requiring<br />

that the pilot program be developed in conjunction with a certain initiative <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Department <strong>of</strong> Natural Resources; stating the intent <strong>of</strong> the <strong>General</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong>;<br />

requiring the Commission to report to the <strong>General</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong> by a certain date on<br />

the results <strong>of</strong> the pilot program; and generally relating to a pilot program to allow<br />

unattended marine vessel motor fuel retail service stations at marinas in<br />

Dorchester and Talbot Counties.<br />
