licenses to be issued for use in a waterfront entertainment retail complex, as
defined by the County Executive; making a certain hotel issued a Class BH license
exempt from a certain definition; making a certain hotel issued a special Sunday
on–sale permit exempt from a certain requirement and penalty; establishing a
special Class B (convention hotel) (on– and off–sale) beer, wine and liquor
license, a special Class B (entertainment venue) (on–sale) beer, wine and liquor
license, and a Class A (entertainment district) (off–sale) beer, wine and liquor
license; requiring that the licenses be issued for use within a waterfront
entertainment retail complex; providing for fees, restrictions on, and requirements
for the licenses; authorizing the Board of License Commissioners to transfer or
issue certain licenses to a supermarket or grocery store within a waterfront
entertainment retail complex; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages
licenses in Prince George’s County.
