AN ACT concerning
Washington County – Code of Public Local Laws – Compilation and Legalization
FOR the purpose of legalizing the 2007 edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Washington County, being Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, published under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners of
Washington County; making provisions for the publication, sale, and distribution
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Washington County; and generally relating to
the legalization of the Code of Public Local Laws of Washington County.
Read the first time and referred to the Committee on Environmental Matters.

AN ACT concerning
Montgomery County – Maryland–Washington Metropolitan District – Boundaries
MC/PG 121–07
FOR the purpose of modifying the boundaries of the Maryland–Washington Metropolitan
District as it relates to Montgomery County and the Lower Montgomery
Metropolitan District; providing that a certain metropolitan district tax does not
apply to areas located within certain municipal corporations or to any area that is
subsequently annexed to certain municipal corporations; providing for the
construction of this Act; prohibiting Montgomery County from collecting certain
taxes that are due under certain circumstances; and generally relating to the
boundaries of the Maryland–Washington Metropolitan District.
