House Bill 382 – Charles County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Charles County – Alcoholic Beverages Licenses – Penalty for Late Renewal<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> establishing in Charles County a certain date that an application for<br />

the renewal <strong>of</strong> an alcoholic beverages license is due; establishing a certain daily<br />

penalty for filing an application after a certain date; specifying the maximum<br />

amount that a person may be penalized under this Act; and generally relating to<br />

alcoholic beverages licenses in Charles County.<br />

Education – Safe Schools – Reporting Incidents <strong>of</strong> Harassment or Intimidation<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring that the information contained in a certain form relating to<br />

harassment or intimidation in schools be kept confidential with certain exceptions;<br />

providing that certain information is not a part <strong>of</strong> a student’s permanent<br />

educational record; and generally relating to the reporting <strong>of</strong> incidents <strong>of</strong><br />

harassment or intimidation in schools.<br />
