Summonses and Subpoenas<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing inspectors employed by the Board <strong>of</strong> License<br />

Commissioners <strong>of</strong> Cecil County to serve summonses for witnesses; authorizing the<br />

Board to subpoena records or papers pertaining to a licensed business or<br />

establishment; and generally relating to the powers <strong>of</strong> the Board <strong>of</strong> License<br />

Commissioners <strong>of</strong> Cecil County and inspectors employed by the Board.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Telephone Solicitation – Prohibitions on Automated Calls<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> prohibiting a person from using an automated dialing system with a<br />

prerecorded message to call a residential telephone number in the State under<br />

certain circumstances; prohibiting a person from using an automated dialing<br />

system with a prerecorded message for political campaigns; and generally relating<br />

to prohibitions on automated telephone calls.<br />
