FOR the purpose of amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2005 to
extend the deadline by which the Board of Directors of Pyramid Atlantic, Inc. may
present evidence to the Board of Public Works that a matching fund will be
provided; and expanding the authorized uses of the loan proceeds and matching
fund.

FOR the purpose of altering the age of an individual relating to the offense of knowingly

certain depiction of an individual under a certain age; altering the penalty for the
offense of knowingly possessing a film, videotape, photograph, or other visual
representation showing a certain depiction of an individual under a certain age;
and generally relating to child pornography.
